Get in touchStep 1: Refresh the page. A simple page refresh (press F5 or Ctrl+R on Windows, Cmd+R on Mac) fixes the majority of loading issues. Most of the time, a temporary connection hiccup is all that's going on.
Step 2: Clear your browser cache. Cached files can sometimes conflict with updated game content. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data. In Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data. In Safari: Develop menu → Empty Caches (enable Develop menu in Advanced preferences first).
Step 3: Check your internet connection. Run a quick speed test or try loading another website to confirm your connection is working. If your connection is very slow, the game may take a moment longer to load. Games are optimized for performance but do require a stable connection.
Step 4: Try a different browser. If the issue persists, try opening the site in a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all work excellently with our platform.
Step 5: Disable browser extensions. Some extensions — particularly ad blockers or privacy tools — can interfere with browser-based games. Try disabling your extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
First, close any other browser tabs or applications running in the background — these consume memory and processing power that the game needs. If you're on a mobile device, make sure it hasn't been on for a very long time without a restart; a fresh restart often dramatically improves performance.
Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser settings. In Chrome, this can be found at Settings → System → "Use hardware acceleration when available." In Firefox, look for "Performance" in General settings. Hardware acceleration uses your device's graphics card to help render animations smoothly.
Check that your device's volume is turned up and not muted. Also check that your browser hasn't automatically muted the tab — right-click on the tab in Chrome or Firefox and look for an "Unmute tab" option. Some browsers also have site-level permission settings for audio that may need to be enabled.
This is almost always caused by using an outdated browser version. Please update your browser to the latest version and refresh the page. If the problem continues, try zooming your browser back to 100% (press Ctrl+0 on Windows or Cmd+0 on Mac) — sometimes zoomed-in or zoomed-out views can affect how the layout renders.
Friday Morning Gaming is designed to work on all modern browsers and devices. Here's what we officially support:
Internet Explorer is not supported and has not been for several years. If you are still using Internet Explorer, we strongly recommend switching to any of the supported browsers listed above — you'll find them dramatically faster and safer for all web browsing.
For a smooth, enjoyable experience we recommend:
For the best mobile experience: use your device in landscape orientation for larger game screens; make sure your device's battery is charged or charging, as games use more power than typical browsing; if playing on cellular data, ensure you have a strong signal or switch to Wi-Fi; and close other apps running in the background to free up memory for the game.
Friday Morning Gaming is designed to be accessible to as many people as possible. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines throughout the platform and are continuously working to improve accessibility based on player feedback.
Keyboard navigation: All core platform features can be navigated using a keyboard alone. Tab through interactive elements, use Enter to activate buttons, and use arrow keys where applicable. Focus indicators are clearly visible throughout.
Screen reader support: All meaningful images have descriptive alt text. Interactive elements have appropriate ARIA labels. We regularly test with popular screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver.
Colour contrast: Text and interactive element contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA standards across the platform. We have also ensured that important information is never conveyed through color alone.
Resizable text: The platform layout adapts gracefully when browser text size is increased. You can increase your browser's default font size in settings without breaking the page layout.
Reduced motion: Players who prefer reduced motion can enable the "Reduce motion" setting in their operating system (available in both Windows and macOS accessibility settings). Our platform respects this system preference and reduces non-essential animations accordingly.
Touch targets: All interactive elements on mobile are sized to meet minimum touch target guidelines, making them easier to activate for players with motor difficulties.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Friday Morning Gaming, we genuinely want to hear about it. Please contact us at hello@fridaymorninggaming.com with details of the issue and the device and browser you're using. Accessibility feedback is treated as a high priority and we will respond promptly.
What data does Friday Morning Gaming collect? Our platform collects minimal data necessary to provide the service — primarily technical data like browser type, approximate location (country-level only), and session information. We do not collect financial information because there are no financial transactions. See our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I clear my session data? Clearing your browser's cookies and local storage will reset all session data associated with the platform. This is also a useful troubleshooting step if you experience unusual behaviour. Instructions for clearing cookies are in the Technical Issues section above.
How do I opt out of non-essential cookies? When you first visit the site, the cookie consent banner gives you the option to decline non-essential cookies. You can also adjust cookie preferences at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site to see the consent banner again. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
How do I make a privacy request? Under Canadian privacy law, you have rights regarding your personal information. To make a data access, correction, or deletion request, contact us at privacy@fridaymorninggaming.com. We respond to privacy requests within the timeframes required by law.
How do I play Honey Rush Adventure? Honey Rush Adventure is a cascade-style arcade game. Click or tap on groups of matching honeycomb tiles to clear them from the board. Larger groups score more points and trigger bonus effects. Chain multiple clears together for cascade bonuses. The goal is to achieve the target score within the available moves. See the game page for a full tutorial and tips for every level.
What do the special tiles do? Special tiles appear when you make particularly large matches. Honey Drops clear an entire row, Sunflowers clear a column, and the Golden Beehive clears all tiles of a single color from the board. Use these strategically to maximize your score and clear difficult levels.
My progress didn't save between sessions. Is that normal? Honey Rush Adventure saves your progress within a session using your browser's local storage. Progress is tied to your specific browser and device. If you switch devices, clear your browser data, or use a private browsing window, previous progress will not be available. We recommend playing on the same device and browser for a consistent experience.
The game seems harder than before. Did something change? Levels are designed with increasing challenge as you progress. Some levels are genuinely difficult by design — that's part of what makes completing them so satisfying! If you're stuck on a particular level, visit the Community Hub where fellow players regularly share tips and strategies.
I found a bug in the game. How do I report it? Please email hello@fridaymorninggaming.com with a description of the bug, what you were doing when it occurred, your browser and device type, and any screenshots if possible. We take bug reports very seriously and work to fix all confirmed issues promptly. We're grateful to players who take the time to report them.
If none of the above solved your issue, our support team is standing by and genuinely loves helping. Send us a message describing your problem and we'll get back to you with a personal, helpful response — usually within one to two business days.
