1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Friday Morning Gaming! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and fridaymorninggaming.com ("Friday Morning Gaming," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website and all associated services, interactive experiences, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, or playing any of our interactive arcade experiences such as Honey Rush Adventure — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to Friday Morning Gaming is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria above. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access if we determine that you do not meet these requirements.

We take our 19+ age restriction seriously. This is not merely a guideline — it is a firm requirement. Users who misrepresent their age or residency to gain access to the Platform are in violation of these Terms and may be permanently banned.

Residents of jurisdictions where our Platform is prohibited by law are not eligible to use our services. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Access

Some features of Friday Morning Gaming may require you to register for a free account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your account with any other person. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@fridaymorninggaming.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

One Account Per Person

You may only create and maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Friday Morning Gaming is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Nature of Service

Friday Morning Gaming is a free social entertainment platform. Our interactive experiences, including Honey Rush Adventure, are provided purely for recreational enjoyment and social engagement. The Platform is designed to provide cheerful, colourful digital entertainment with no monetary component whatsoever.

No Real Money, No Prizes

Our Platform involves absolutely no real money at any stage. There are no purchases, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no prizes of monetary value. Any points, scores, achievements, or virtual rewards earned through our interactive experiences have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, services, or anything of value outside the Platform.

Entertainment Only

All interactive modules on Friday Morning Gaming — including but not limited to Honey Rush Adventure — are designed and provided purely as digital entertainment. Any outcomes within our experiences are determined by recreational game mechanics and are not representations of real-world skill, probability, or value.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Friday Morning Gaming — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game mechanics, code, and software — is the property of Friday Morning Gaming or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Limited Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) modify or create derivative works based on the Platform; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (c) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; (d) use any automated tools to access or scrape the Platform; or (e) use the Platform's branding or content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

User Content

If you submit any content to the Platform (such as feedback, messages, or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

6. User Conduct

Friday Morning Gaming is designed to be a warm, cheerful, inclusive community. We expect all users to treat each other and our platform with respect. By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users in any way
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers connected to it
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate any person, entity, or Friday Morning Gaming staff member
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without consent
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform (please report them to us instead!)
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with other users

Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Friday Morning Gaming disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Platform
• Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from use of the Platform

Some provinces and territories may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full. Your legal rights as a Canadian consumer remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Friday Morning Gaming and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of enjoyment, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since Friday Morning Gaming is entirely free to use, this means our maximum liability to you is nil, except where prohibited by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Friday Morning Gaming and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Any content you submit to the Platform

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of that claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Platform at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at hello@fridaymorninggaming.com. We will process your request promptly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or your continued access poses a risk to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@fridaymorninggaming.com to attempt informal resolution. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and promptly, and most issues can be resolved without the need for formal dispute proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a Canadian consumer, including rights under provincial consumer protection legislation.
